It's less than a 10 minute stroll to the village and the jetty.
The block has power and water but I've installed solar and rainwater tank. I'm feeding more into the grid than I'm taking out. There is no sewage service on the island so I've installed the Advanced Enviro-Septic system.
I cleared just enough of the block to squeeze the cabin and septic in. I left 9 gums and a 35m Cyprus pine as is.
This thing sits 8m from my bed. Big storm and it's lights out Ronaldo,
Site work commenced 10/1/22 and the cabin barged to the island 3 weeks later.
